Job Title Salesforce Architect Onsite Chennai Bangalore Work from Office Location Chennai Bangalore with working in office for 5 days a week Job Type Full-time or Contract with AgilisiumExperience Level Senior 10 Years Start Date - from 1st Aug 2025 End Date - this is a strategic long-term role So customer has requested for a person who can be engaged with long term Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Architect to join our enterprise technology team The ideal candidate will have 10 years of Salesforce platform experience with expertise in providing design silutions guidance and best practices in Salesforce ecosystem including but not limited to Data Cloud Einstein AI and Agentforce This role will be responsible for designing scalable secure and high-performance Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives and drive intelligent customer engagement Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds including focus on Data Cloud Einstein AI and Agentforce Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with best practices and enterprise architecture standards Define data models integration strategies and AI-driven automation frameworks to enhance customer and agent experiences Collaborate with product owners business stakeholders and development teams to deliver innovative user-centric Salesforce applications Provide architectural guidance and governance for Salesforce development and configuration Ensure system integrity security and compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations Stay up to date with Salesforce platform innovations and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices including CI CD performance optimization and data quality Required Qualifications 10 years of professional experience working with the Salesforce platform Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Customer Data Platform Einstein AI and Agentforce Proven expertise in designing enterprise-grade Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Strong understanding of data modeling data integration MuleSoft APIs and real-time data streaming Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Einstein for automation personalization and predictive analytics Demonstrated ability to architect intelligent agent experiences using Agentforce and related tools Salesforce Architect certifications e g Application Architect System Architect strongly preferred Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated industries e g Life Sciences Healthcare Knowledge of DevOps practices including source control Git CI CD tools and automated testing frameworks Familiarity with third-party tools and AppExchange packages that enhance Salesforce capabilities Job Types Full time Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 14 400 00 per day Schedule Day shift Experience Salesforce Data cloud or Customer Data Platform 1 year Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
