Position Summary The Bakery Chef is responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods pastries breads and desserts while maintaining excellent food standards creativity and consistency This role includes recipe development daily production inventory management and ensuring all bakery items meet company quality and presentation standards Key Responsibilities Prepare bake and finish a wide range of baked goods including breads pastries cakes cookies and specialty desserts Develop recent recipes and seasonal menu items that reflect quality innovation and cost efficiency Ensure consistency in taste texture and presentation across all bakery products Monitor oven temperatures mixing times and ingredient measurements to ensure accuracy Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies place orders when necessary Maintain a clean organized and sanitary work environment following food safety guidelines Supervise junior bakers or assistants when required providing training and guidance Inspect equipment and tools report maintenance needs promptly Follow proper food handling storage and hygiene protocols Meet daily production timelines ensuring products are ready for service or sale Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
