Key Responsibilities Make feedback calls to students on the 4th day after their admission after the 1st and 2nd mentorship sessions Understand and document their overall experience satisfaction level and any support needed Collect NPS ratings and track student sentiment trends Identify concerns related to academics mentorship app usage offline facilities or other areas Gather suggestions and improvement points from students Maintain daily call logs and share feedback reports with the CRA team Required Skills Strong communication and listening skills Skilled empathetic and student-friendly approach Ability to document feedback clearly Tele-calling or customer-facing experience is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 5 000 00 per month Work Location In person
