About the Role We are looking for skilled Instructional Designers with 1-3 years of experience to support our education and content development projects The ideal candidate should be able to create structured learning materials and collaborate effectively with SMEs to deliver high-quality academic and training content Key Responsibilities Create High-Level Design HLD and Low-Level Design LLD documents Develop course outlines based on project requirements Create LMS-compatible storyboards for e-learning modules Develop video storyboards aligned with instructional objectives Conduct quality checks QA and perform thorough content reviews Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts SMEs to refine and structure content Ensure all content follows instructional design principles and meets project timelines Required Skills Experience 1-3 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer Strong understanding of instructional design models ADDIE Bloom s Taxonomy etc Experience in developing digital learning materials LMS modules storyboards scripts Strong writing visualization and structuring skills Ability to work with SMEs across various domains Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills Job Types Contractual Temporary Freelance Contract length 12 months Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Work from home Work Location Remote
