Key Responsibilities 1 CNC Programming Technical Expertise Create edit and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam 2D 3D Interpret engineering drawings CAD models and technical documents Select appropriate tools speeds and feeds for various machining processes Troubleshoot machining issues and make corrective program adjustments Ensure precision machining and adherence to tolerance requirements 2 CNC Operations Management Oversee daily CNC shop floor operations Plan and allocate jobs to CNC operators according to production schedules Ensure machines are properly set up maintained and calibrated Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards 3 Team Leadership Training Lead guide and supervise CNC operators and programmers Schedule team shifts and manage manpower effectively Provide training on CNC programming Mastercam usage and machining methods Conduct performance evaluations and support skill development 4 Quality Control Monitor machining quality and inspect finished products Coordinate with QA team to resolve quality issues Implement continuous improvement initiatives 5S Kaizen Lean 5 Reporting Documentation Maintain production records machine logs and tool inventory Prepare daily weekly reports for management Ensure all documentation related to CNC operations is updated Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 5-8 years of experience in CNC machining including supervisory roles Strong expertise in Mastercam programming is mandatory In-depth knowledge of CNC machines Good understanding of cutting tools machining parameters and materials Robust team leadership communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with CAD CAM software besides Mastercam Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement Ability to multitask and work under pressure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
