Key Responsibilities Oversee grooming training discipline and welfare of the beauty team Manage staff scheduling work allocation weekly offs and attendance Monitor and maintain stock of beauty consumables retail items linen and stationery follow FIFO and coordinate forecasting with the accountant Review client beauty cards plan daily appointments ensure proper skin analysis documentation and software entries Supervise cleanliness of beauty areas therapy rooms and men s salon Handle all beauty bookings and ensure fair work distribution across the team Ensure protected handling maintenance and timely reporting repair of beauty machines and equipment Submit monthly reports to corporate client bookings completed packages efficacy reports VIP lists etc Ensure accurate completion of parameter sheets and beauty cards signatures photos diet notes Drive achievement of sales execution targets cross-selling and package upgrades Ensure proper product consumption as per SOPs and correlate usage with sessions Maintain client follow-up ensure package execution within validity and ensure customer satisfaction Continuously upgrade skills and multitask as per the up-gradation plan Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Application Question s Are you Comfortable with Ahmedabad As a work location How many years of experience do you have in Beauty head How many years of experience do you have in Skin and Hair Product Work Location In person
