A Hydraulic Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing developing maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic systems machinery and equipment The role includes performing system analysis ensuring proper installation overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring machinery works efficiently and safely Key Responsibilities Design and develop hydraulic systems components and circuits for machinery or industrial equipment Conduct hydraulic calculations load analysis and system modeling Prepare engineering drawings technical documentation and specifications Install test and commission hydraulic equipment and ensure proper functioning Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in hydraulic pumps valves cylinders motors hoses and fittings Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance plans for hydraulic systems Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve machine performance Ensure compliance with safety standards quality procedures and technical guidelines Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts sourcing and technical support Maintain records service logs and prepare maintenance inspection reports Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of hydraulic circuits pumps valves actuators and fluid mechanics Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic equipment Familiarity with industrial machinery mechanical components and automation systems Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD SolidWorks is preferred Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices Educational Qualifications Diploma B Tech B E in Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field Additional certification in hydraulic systems is an advantage Experience 2-8 years of experience in hydraulic system design maintenance or field service depending on company requirement Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
