JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Shift supervisor fluent in the native and English languages to join our team The ideal candidate has to ensure that during their shift the content creator team is working with productivity and has to correct them if they are making any mistakes WORKING DAYS Monday to Saturday SHIFT TIMING 9 HR SHIFT ROTATIONAL SHIFTS MORNING NIGHT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle a team of candidates who are working on content creation Quality check their content and assess their productivity Push the team to achieve the output Listen to managers and act accordingly QUALIFICATIONS Must be fluent in the native language and English Excellent teamwork and Handling skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Must be a Graduate Job Types Full time Internship Contractual Temporary Contract length 3 months Pay 20 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location In person
