Manager - Operations Property Leasing Company Overview We operate a well-established petrol pump retail outlet and a separate shopping complex located in different parts of the city We are seeking an experienced and agile professional capable of managing fuel retail operations while also handling commercial property leasing for our shopping complex Position Summary The General Manager - Operations Property Leasing will oversee end-to-end operations of the petrol pump and manage all leasing activities for the shopping complex The role requires regular travel between both locations within approximately a 15 km radius robust operational skills and experience in commercial leasing and business management Key ResponsibilitiesFuel Retail Operations Petrol Pump Oversee daily operations of the petrol pump at its respective location Monitor sales fuel stock levels cash management and customer service quality Implement safety standards operational SOPs and statutory compliance Manage staff scheduling supervision and performance monitoring Coordinate equipment maintenance breakdown management and vendor support Maintain transparent documentation and operational reporting Property Leasing Commercial Management Shopping Complex Manage all leasing activities at the shopping complex located separately from the petrol pump Identify and contact potential tenants handle site visits negotiations and agreement finalisation Maintain occupancy levels and ensure timely rent collection Oversee lease documentation renewals and regulatory compliance Conduct rental market analysis and competitor research for pricing decisions Build and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants Business Financial Management Drive overall business performance across both business units Prepare operational MIS reports budgets and monthly performance reviews Monitor expenses optimize resource usage and enhance profitability Recommend and implement strategies for operational improvement and revenue growth Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline MBA preferred but not mandatory Minimum 8 years of experience in fuel retail management property leasing commercial operations or similar roles Robust leadership communication negotiation and problem-solving skills Knowledge of property laws retail processes and safety compliance standards Must own a 4-wheeler with a valid driving license Willing to travel between multiple locations approx 15 km radius Salary 4 00 000 - 4 50 000 per annum depending on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 33 000 00 - 37 500 00 per month
