BuildX is a forward-thinking construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality sustainable and cost-effective building solutions Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates budgets and bills of quantities for projects Manage project finances including cost planning cash flow forecasts and value engineering Evaluate tenders and prepare tender documentation and procurement strategies Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts Conduct regular cost reporting and provide financial advice throughout the project lifecycle Monitor variations prepare change orders and support claims management Liaise with project managers engineers clients and other stakeholders to ensure financial and contractual compliance Assess and certify subcontractor progress claims and final accounts Ensure adherence to relevant legal contractual and company standards Support risk management and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
