Job Title -Invoicing Billing Stores Executive Location - Bhiwandi Thane Maharashtra Qualification -Graduate Experience Required -Minimum 2-3 years in invoicing billing or store management roles in a manufacturing or trading company Key Responsibilities - Prepare verify and process sales invoices and billing statements as per company procedures and GST compliance Coordinate with accounts sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely generation and delivery of invoices to clients Maintain accurate records of all invoices challans E-way bills and related statutory documents Manage and update inventory records using ERP or inventory management software Monitor stock levels conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile variances with system records Coordinate with suppliers for inward materials issue raw materials to production and maintain stock registers Ensure all store transactions receipts issues stock transfers returns are properly documented and authorized Prepare monthly reports on invoicing outstanding receivables and inventory Support year-end audits by providing required documentation related to stores and billing Maintain high standards of documentation record-keeping and compliance with internal controls Desired Skills - Proficiency in MS Excel inventory management and billing accounting software such as Tally ERP etc Good understanding of GST invoicing E-way bill generation and stock management Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to follow processes Effective communication and coordination skills Reliability accountability and integrity in handling company materials and documentation Other Requirements - Candidate must be residing in Kalyan or Thane region for ease of commute Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
