We are seeking a performance marketer who will be responsible for planning executive and optimizing data driven paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms The ideal candidate is highly analytical ROI focused and has hand-on experience managing budgets scaling campaign and driving measurable results Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads Meta Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Ads YouTube and other relevant platforms Manage end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting ad creatives bidding strategies and conversion tracking Monitor performance metrics CPC CPA ROAS CTR Conversion Rate etc and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI Conduct A B testing on ad creatives landing pages and funnels to continuously improve performance Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages Stay updated with industry trends new ad formats and platform algorithm changes Provide weekly monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Manage budgets effectively ensuring campaigns deliver within allocated spends while meeting KPIs Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality reduce acquisition costs and maximize customer lifetime value CLV Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field MBA preferred 5-15 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Strong knowledge of Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other performance channels Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Pixel implementation etc Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis Robust understanding of funnel optimization attribution models and customer acquisition Experience in scaling ad budgets while maintaining profitability Excellent communication and project management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
