The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations training development performance management payroll coordination and compliance with labor laws The role ensures smooth and efficient business operations aligned with the organization s values and objectives Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Assist in job posting resume screening scheduling interviews and shortlisting candidates Conduct initial rounds of interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection Manage the onboarding process including documentation induction and orientation 2 Employee Relations Address employee queries regarding policies procedures and advantages Assist in resolving employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary Support employee engagement initiatives and events 3 HR Operations Maintain employee records and update HR databases and HRIS systems Coordinate attendance leave records and generate monthly reports Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences bonus and leaves 4 Performance Management Assist in implementation of performance appraisal systems Coordinate performance review schedules and follow-ups with managers and staff 5 Training Development Identify training needs in coordination with department heads Organize internal and external training programs Maintain training records and feedback 6 Compliance Policy Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory regulations and internal policies Assist in policy creation review and communication Prepare documentation for audits and inspections Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Master s is a plus 1-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles Knowledge of HR functions labor laws and best practices Proficient in MS Office experience with HRMS HRIS systems is preferred Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to handle data with confidentiality Key Competencies Team player with a proactive approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability and willingness to learn Attention to detail and time management Preferred Certifications Optional SHRM HRCI or equivalent HR certifications Training in labor laws compliance or HR analytics Job Type Full-time Pay 9 136 92 - 25 198 88 per month Work Location In person
