Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Manager Female to support our finance and accounts operations The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping Prepare and process invoices receipts payments and journal entries Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting Assist in monthly quarterly and annual financial closings Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payments Support the preparation of budgets financial statements and reports Liaise with internal departments and external auditors when required Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Experience 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred Skills Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks SAP or similar Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Female candidates only as per company s diversity inclusion policy Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
