We are seeking an experienced NET Lead to drive the modernization of a legacy NET Framework-based application and lead multiple workstreams focused on cloud migration architecture transformation and performance optimization This role demands a hands-on architect lead with proven experience in AWS-based solutions containerization and microservices design Key Responsibilities Application Modernization Leadership Lead the modernization of a legacy NET Framework-based application by creating and executing a clear transformation roadmap Track Oversight Provide high-level guidance and technical leadership across three concurrent workstreams Quote Generation Optimization Migrate large SQL Server tables 250GB to AWS DocumentDB ensuring seamless integration with existing C Windows Services Lift Shift Containerization Manage the migration of legacy Windows Services C NET Framework from on-premise servers to AWS ECS containers Mainframe Dependency Elimination Redesign data flow to replace Mainframe static data with DocumentDB while maintaining application availability Architecture Transformation Roadmap Own and deliver a long-term architecture plan covering Migration of on-prem VMs to AWS EC2 Migration of on-prem MySQL servers to AWS RDS Transition from stored procedure-heavy logic to a microservices-based architecture UI modernization using latest frameworks Reporting and analytics modernization using modern BI tools High availability planning with primary replica databases and disaster recovery Migration of Windows Service-based rule engine to AWS serverless Lambda Step Functions where applicable Cloud Strategy Cost Optimization Recommend AWS services considering scalability resilience and cost optimization Leadership Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with developers DevOps engineers testers and other stakeholders to ensure delivery meets performance benchmarks and business objectives Communicate architecture decisions risks and trade-offs to leadership and business stakeholders Requirements 10 years of IT experience with strong background in software architecture and solution design Proven expertise in ASP NET Framework applications Windows Services and modernization strategies Deep knowledge of AWS services including ECS EC2 Lambda Step Functions DocumentDB RDS SQS CloudWatch IAM Hands-on experience in cloud migration projects including lift-and-shift containerization and refactoring Strong understanding of databases SQL Server MySQL DocumentDB MongoDB and data migration strategies Knowledge of mainframe integration patterns and dependency elimination Familiarity with microservices serverless computing and event-driven architecture Experience designing disaster recovery High Availability and replication strategies Ability to balance cost performance and scalability when recommending architecture changes Strong leadership and mentoring skills ability to guide cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 2 000 000 00 - 3 000 000 00 per year Perks Provident Fund Application Question s Notice Period Experience total work 10 years Preferred NET 10 years Preferred AWS 5 years Preferred
