Immediate joiner preferred Experience 3 -5 Years Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing attendance leave salary incentives Handle statutory compliances PF ESI TDS Professional Tax Gratuity Maintain employee records and payroll data accuracy Generate monthly payroll reports MIS and statutory filings Address employee queries related to salary deductions and payslips Coordinate with finance and HR team for smooth payroll operations Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Commerce Finance or related field 3-5 years of payroll processing experience preferably in industry Strong knowledge of PF ESI Income Tax and labor laws Hands-on experience with payroll software MS Excel Good communication and analytical skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
