Business Development Associate - Indore Location Indore Remote field-based role Company Furnitech Industry Building Materials Ceiling Tiles Acoustic Panels Type Full-time About Us Furnitech is a family-run business in the building materials sector specialising in premium drop ceiling tiles and acoustic solutions With a robust foundation and rapid expansion across India we are now looking to grow our presence in Indore The Role We re looking for a motivated and independent Business Development Associate to establish and grow Furnitech s footprint in the Indore region This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction takes initiative and is eager to grow with a scaling business You will be our sole representative in Indore responsible for building relationships closing deals and ensuring smooth coordination with our head office in Ahmedabad Responsibilities Identify and visit potential customers across Indore using a provided customer list and self-sourced leads Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors architects dealers and builders Pitch Furnitech s product range confidently and handle objections during sales discussions Record all leads interactions and opportunities in the company s CRM Coordinate with the Accounts team in Ahmedabad for Proforma invoices Sales invoices and payment follow-ups Ensure customers are updated on order and delivery status handled via our Ahmedabad warehouse Participate in an initial training programme at our head office in Ahmedabad post-joining Requirements Based in Indore and comfortable travelling within the city for client visits 1-3 years of experience in field sales business development or client relationship roles experience in building materials a plus Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel usage Comfortable working independently while coordinating remotely with the core team Should be able to communicate in Hindi and English What We Offer Opportunity to represent a growing brand in a high-potential market Autonomy and ownership of the Indore region Hands-on experience and training with the leadership team Supportive environment with clear processes and backend coordination from our head office Job Type Full-time Pay 24 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
