Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Academy Operations to join our Demo Operations team The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of demo classes supporting new part-time teachers during onboarding and coordinating with educators across global time zones You ll be central to maintaining operational efficiency timely communication and seamless processes Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for new part-time teachers during onboarding first 45 days initial interaction Schedule track and monitor demo classes while resolving challenges e ectively Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and keep slot information updated Escalate issues when required and follow up until resolution Maintain trackers handle data entry and support operational reporting Share timely updates with managers and team leads for decision-making Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth demo operations across regions Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in any discipline freshers welcome to apply 0 - 3 years of experience EdTech exposure is an advantage Solid communication coordination and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel Google Sheets Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented team player with a problem-solving mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Life insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have access to a personal laptop that you can use for the role Are you comfortable working from our office at HSR Layout Sector 2 Bangalore How soon can you join us if you are selected Are you comfortable with the shift timing of between 10 PM to 7 AM Are you comfortable with 6 days work week with weekday weekoff What is you last CTC How would you rate your communication skills and co-ordinating abilities 1 - 10 Work Location In person
