The Horticulture Assistant will support day-to-day operations in plant care landscaping and nursery management This role involves assisting with planting pruning watering soil management pest control and maintaining greenery in nurseries gardens landscapes or indoor outdoor projects The assistant will work closely with the horticulture landscape manager to ensure healthy plant growth and aesthetically pleasing environments Key Responsibilities Assist in the planting transplanting pruning and maintenance of trees shrubs flowers and grasses Water fertilize mulch and apply pesticides or organic treatments as directed Monitor plant health identify diseases pests and nutrient deficiencies Prepare soil mixes compost and maintain plant beds Assist in greenhouse and nursery operations including propagation repotting labeling and stock management Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools equipment and work areas Support in landscaping projects plant installations and seasonal displays Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards Report plant conditions and daily progress to the supervisor Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Advantages Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location In person
