Job Overview We re looking for a passionate Outreach Coordinator to connect with and mobilize youth from underserved communities in Pune In this role you will build trust with community members drive awareness of our programs and support youth throughout their journey in our skilling and development initiatives Key Responsibilities Engage with youth and families in slum communities to promote Lighthouse programs Conduct outreach activities and home visits to build solid relationships and trust Drive enrollments and ensure candidates meet program eligibility Maintain regular follow-ups to encourage participation and retention Map households and communities using tools like Google Maps or GIS Collaborate with local stakeholders and government officials Support community events and center-based activities Uphold a culture of safety inclusivity and youth empowerment Assist in other Lighthouse initiatives as needed Qualifications Skills Master s in Social Work MSW or related postgraduate degree 2-4 years of experience in community mobilization preferably with youth or skilling programs Proficiency in MS Office experience with GIS tools is a plus Strong communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi Empathetic reliable and committed to empowering youth Confident and able to manage challenges independently Comfortable traveling within local communities How to Apply Please send your resume to careers lighthousecommunities org with the subject line Outreach Coordinator - Pune Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
