Driven by the passion to improve quality of people s lives WS Audiology continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people more effectively We are seeking to hire Software Test Automation Lead Engineer who uses business technical and functional knowledge to execute the tests and managing defects for medical software products along with contributing to testing strategies using QA best practices and methodologies What will you do Lead and mentor a team of test automation engineers offering technical guidance and support Design implement and maintain scalable reusable and optimized automation frameworks for mobile applications Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on automation scripts ensuring adherence to best practices Monitor and report on the effectiveness of automation efforts continuously improving testing processes Work closely with manual QA engineers to define test strategies and reduce manual test coverage troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation frameworks and test execution environments Test Development Execution and Reporting- Experience in test management and defect management tools like DevOps ALM TFS or similar tools with the ability to create detailed test reports supported by evidence Maintain existing automation test frameworks experience in API testing hands-on experience with Web Mobile tools and experience in CI CD Ability to translate business requirements into test cases test scripts with maximum coverage along with organizing and prioritizing the cases in logical suites for manual or automated execution Develop test suites scripts based on the test phase enhance the existing suites scripts and execute the tests as per the test phase Collect and report quality metrics from test execution Defect logging and debugging- Sound knowledge on debugging and debug tools like ADB Logging defects in test management tools as per project standards and investigating troubleshooting the system failures Collaboration and responsibility- Able to communicate with key stakeholders on test plans Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and transfer them into test specifications or automate them Adhering to test schedules and owning the responsibility for quality of the product to be delivered What you bring 7 Years of relevant experience in Automation testing Ideally knowledge in medical product testing Experience in mobile app testing - Android and iOS Excellent knowledge on Agile Methodology Soft skills- Zeal to explore knowledge on domain and technology Self-driven and committed to quality Who we are At WS Audiology we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services Together with our 12 000 colleagues in 130 countries we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world With us you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another welcome diversity and celebrate our successes Sounds wonderful We can t wait to hear from you WS Audiology is an equal-chance employer and committed to creating an inclusive employee experience for all Regardless of race color religion national origin age sex gender gender identity gender expression sexual orientation marital status medical condition ancestry disability military or veteran status we firmly believe that our work is at its best when everyone feels free to be their most authentic self
