We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Trainee Executive In this role you will collaborate with our creative team to design and deliver visual content for digital platforms print materials and marketing campaigns This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can translate ideas into visually appealing designs while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines This position is ideal for candidates who have 6 months to 1 year of design experience and are eager to expand their skills in a dynamic collaborative environment Key Responsibilities Design and develop visual content for social media websites brochures advertisements and other marketing materials Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with brand guidelines Create drafts prototypes and final deliverables based on project requirements and feedback Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and maintain brand integrity Stay updated with current design trends tools and industry best practices Support the team with additional design needs across campaigns and day-to-day operations Requirements Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in graphic design or a related role Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign Solid understanding of design principles typography layout and color theory Solid creativity and attention to detail Ability to take feedback revise designs and work within deadlines Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset A portfolio showcasing your design work academic freelance or professional Degree Diploma in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field Job Type Full-time Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
