Job Title Tender Executive Location Bhopal Experience Required 2-5 years Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Tender Executive with hands-on experience in handling GeM Portal operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online tenders uploading product listings coordinating bid submissions and ensuring full compliance with public procurement norms Key Responsibilities GeM Portal Management Create and manage product service listings on GeM Portal Monitor and respond to GeM bids tenders and related notifications Ensure timely submission of bids offers and relevant documents Tender Documentation Coordination Prepare technical and financial bid documentation Coordinate with internal departments sales finance legal logistics for documentation and approvals Maintain a repository of documents required for tender submission GST PAN authorizations etc Follow-up Compliance Track live tenders EMD PBG requirements and bid deadlines Handle post-bid activities such as negotiation order fulfillment and contract documentation Ensure compliance with government procurement norms and updates on GeM Reporting Analysis Maintain records of all submitted bids outcomes and order statuses Generate regular MIS reports and highlight success rates and bid performance Requirements 2-5 years of experience handling tenders with strong exposure to the GeM Portal Knowledge of procurement processes in government and PSUs Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
