About Namdeo Umaji Agritech Pvt Ltd Namdeo Umaji Agritech is one of India s leading agriculture companies dedicated to providing premium seeds and innovative agri-solutions to farmers and distributors across the country Our mission is to empower the rural farming community through quality products and trusted expertise Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Pune You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Head to plan execute and manage all digital marketing activities to strengthen Namdeo Umaji s online presence connect meaningfully with our diverse audiences from distributors to farmers and contribute to the brand s growth in the agriculture industry Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media SEO email and other online channels Ideate and plan engaging content that connects with both distributors and rural farmers Coordinate photo and video shoots with internal and external teams including photographers and videographers in Pune and on-site Ensure timely creation of marketing materials such as flyers packaging digital creatives and branding collateral s Work closely with the offline marketing and sales teams to align digital initiatives with business goals Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and tools and suggest fresh ideas and best practices for the agriculture sector Coordinate with designers agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all digital tasks Monitor track and report on the performance of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights Requirements 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing preferably with experience in managing social media SEO and content marketing Good understanding of digital visual marketing branding and design coordination Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences especially rural communities and distributors Proactive creative and keen to contribute fresh ideas Excellent coordination multitasking and organizational skills Interested in working in the agriculture sector and for the betterment of the farmer community Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Fixed shift Work Location In person
