As campaign manager you will be responsible for marketing campaigns for Medgami The campaign manager s duties will include briefing external agencies monitoring assessing campaigns measuring the ROI of campaigns You will work closely with the Marketing Manager on managing spend schedules You will ensure that the objectives defined by the marketing head are achieved by performing the following key activities Ideating planning implementing campaigns to increase the engagement of users on the web app platform for different content types Building physical campaign strategies ensuring error-free branding collaterals Creating digital nudge strategies monitor improvising across channels like WhatsApp push notifications emails SMS etc Continuously assess report on the results of campaigns implement improvements where necessary Create monitor integrated reports to measure campaign success across channels align internally with the necessary changes Work with Key Account Managers to revise optimize influencers engagement strategy CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s degree in communication digital marketing or related fields Preferably having 2-3 years validated healthcare marketing campaign experience Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like CleverTap MoEngage WebEngage Braze OneSignal for push Firebase Cloud Messaging FCM Experience with WhatsApp marketing platforms like Gupshup WATI Interakt Twilio or Zoko Email marketing proficiency using tools like Mailchimp Sendgrid Netcore Mailmodo or HubSpot Working knowledge of push notifications in-app messages and dynamic user segmentation Strong understanding of user lifecycle campaigns funnel drop-off triggers and journey flows In-depth knowledge of running B2B B2C campaigns Customer-oriented mindset ability to understand customer requirements Proficient in oral written language communication skills Strong problem-solving skills analytical capability Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns at a time Job Type Full-time Pay 57 773 03 - 500 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
