JOB DESCRIPTION Position Admin cum Marketing Manager Location Ramesh Nagar Delhi Experience Minimum 5-7 Years We are looking for a highly organized and agile individual to take on the dual role of Admin cum Marketing Manager This position requires a proactive professional who can manage day-to-day administrative operations while also leading and executing marketing strategies to support the company s business objectives Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties 1 Oversee daily routine tasks of junior staff 2 Maintain accurate records and documentation 3 Handle charts reports and other communication 4 Supervise and guide work of junior staff 5 Coordinate with vendors suppliers and service providers 6 Purchase items as and when required Marketing Duties 1 Develop implement and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns for the agricultural product 2 Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify marketing opportunities 3 Coordinate with designers advertising agencies and other marketing service providers 4 Meet new customers in the market and promote the product 5 Prepare marketing reports presentations to measure campaign effectiveness 6 Support the team with marketing materials and lead generation strategies Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field Proven experience 5 years in administrative and or marketing roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheet will be an added advantage Ability to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Preferred Attributes Prior experience in a similar dual-role capacity Other Requirements 1 Candidate should reside within 5-7 km from Ramesh Nagar 2 Must own a two-wheeler four-wheeler with valid license and be willing to travel for work-related tasks 3 Flexible and open to working beyond fixed office hours if needed Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have your own vehicle Are you flexible and open to working beyond fixed office hours if needed Work Location In person
