Job Title Installation Officer Location Butibori Department Service Installation Reports To Operations Service Manager Job Summary The Installation Officer is responsible for supervising and executing product installation at client sites while ensuring safety quality and timely completion The role involves coordinating with the logistics team guiding on-site workers and ensuring customer satisfaction during the installation process Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise installation of equipment at customer sites Ensure installations follow company standards and safety guidelines Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of materials and equipment Provide technical support and resolve installation-related issues on-site Maintain installation reports and submit completion documents Communicate with customers for installation schedules and status updates Train site workers on installation procedures and tools Skills Competencies Technical knowledge of installation processes and tools Strong leadership and team coordination skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work in office and travel as required Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation Qualifications Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in installation service roles preferably in equipment or construction industry Employment Type Full-Time Salary As per industry standards Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person Expected Start Date 26 07 2025
