We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Resident Medical Officer RMO for our critical care unit The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Emergency ICU NICU and Trauma cases and must be capable of delivering quick accurate and quality care to critical patients Key Responsibilities Provide emergency medical support in ICU NICU and Trauma units Perform initial diagnosis manage critically ill patients and start emergency treatment Monitor vitals administer medications and assist in intubation CPR and ventilator management Maintain patient records and update consultants regularly Coordinate with nursing and technical staff for smooth patient care Respond to emergency calls and stabilize patients effectively Eligibility Qualifications MBBS or BAMS with critical care emergency experience 2-5 years experience in ICU NICU Emergency Trauma preferred Ability to handle life-threatening conditions with calmness and confidence Good clinical judgment quick decision-making and teamwork skills Working Hours Flexible shifts Morning Evening Night as per rotation Salary 30 000 to 60 000 per month Based on shift hours and qualifications Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Expected hours 2 per week Schedule Day shift Night shift Work Location In person
