Site supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities on a construction site to ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and to the required standards Act as a crucial link between the workforce and management coordinating efforts and ensuring smooth operations Key Responsibilities Safety Management Enforcing health and safety regulations conducting site inspections and ensuring all workers adhere to safety protocols Project Coordination Overseeing daily site activities managing schedules and coordinating the work of various teams and subcontractors Quality Control Ensuring work is completed to the required standards conducting quality inspections and addressing any issues or deviations from plans Communication Maintaining transparent and consistent communication with project managers clients and other stakeholders providing updates on progress and addressing concerns Problem Solving Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on site escalating to higher management when necessary Documentation Maintaining accurate records of site activities including daily logs safety reports and progress reports Adherence to Regulations Ensuring compliance with building codes safety regulations and other relevant standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 24 07 2025
