Collect label and process samples blood urine swabs etc Conduct routine and specialized diagnostic tests as per standard protocols Operate laboratory equipment such as centrifuges microscopes analyzers etc Maintain accurate records of tests results and reports Follow safety and infection control procedures at all times Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments regularly Assist in managing inventory of lab supplies and reagents Report abnormal or critical findings immediately to the concerned doctor pathologist Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to patients or front desk Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the lab area Qualifications Skills Education DMLT B Sc MLT or equivalent Experience 1-3 years in a diagnostic lab or hospital laboratory freshers can also apply Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and medical terminology Attention to detail and high accuracy in test reporting Valuable communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills for report entry and printing Preferred Experience with automated analyzers e g CBC Biochemistry CLIA etc Familiarity with NABL protocols is a plus Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
