Location Corporate Office - Indiranagar Bengaluru Department Creative Reports To Creative Head About Brikoven Private Limited Brikoven is a fast-growing food tech brand known for its artisanal pizzas cloud kitchens and innovative customer experience We believe excellent design is key to building a memorable brand and engaging audience across platforms Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visual content that aligns with Brikoven s brand identity The designer will work across digital and print media contributing to marketing campaigns social media content packaging design and in-store communication materials Key Responsibilities Design engaging graphics and layouts for marketing campaigns social media website emailers banners and presentations Develop branding and packaging designs for new product launches e g pizza boxes menus sleeves signage Collaborate with the marketing product and operations teams to conceptualize visuals based on requirements Ensure all creatives are on-brand consistent in terms of tone style and quality Edit photos and enhance product imagery for catalogs and campaigns Create visual assets for recruitment events internal branding and employee communications Stay updated with latest design trends tools and F B industry design standards Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines Required Skills Experience Bachelor s degree diploma in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field 1-3 years of experience in graphic design experience in food beverage industry is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Canva CorelDRAW Strong understanding of typography color theory composition and layout Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus Adobe Premiere After Effects Excellent time management and team collaboration skills Attention to detail with the ability to take feedback and adapt Preferred Qualities Creativity with a passion for storytelling through visuals Proactive attitude and ability to work independently Familiarity with print production processes and digital ad requirements Basic photography knowledge is a plus Working Conditions Type Full-time On-siteLocation Indiranagar Head Office occasional visits to production or store locationsWorking Days 6 days a week as per business need Why Join Brikoven Be part of a fast-scaling food-tech brand Prospect to build shape the brand s visual identity from the ground up Work in a young agile and creative environment Exposure to cross-functional collaboration between design marketing and operations
