Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner Understand customer requirements and preferences guiding them in selecting suitable vehicles or services Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits Sales Support Assist customers in the sales process including pricing financing and trade-in options Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales After-Sales Service Coordinate with the service department to schedule maintenance and repair appointments Address customer inquiries and concerns related to vehicle servicing warranty and repairs Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles and a hassle-free experience Customer Feedback and Resolution Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions Product Knowledge Stay updated on the latest automobile models features and industry trends Share product knowledge with customers to help them make informed decisions Documentation and Administrative Tasks Prepare and maintain customer records sales contracts and related documents Assist in inventory management and order processing Customer Retention Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention Engage in follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent a bachelor s degree may be preferred Proven experience in customer service or sales preferably in the automobile industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of automotive products and services Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in using customer relationship management CRM software and MS Office applications Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
