To create a nurturing stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social emotional cognitive and physical development of children aged 2 to 6 years while promoting a love for learning through play-based and activity-driven teaching methodologies Key Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the curriculum Create a safe supportive and engaging classroom environment Foster a positive and respectful relationship with children parents and colleagues Assess and document children s progress development and learning outcomes Communicate regularly with parents through meetings written reports and informal updates Encourage curiosity creativity independence and positive behavior in the classroom Integrate storytelling music art and hands-on activities into daily instruction Attend staff meetings training sessions and school events as required Maintain classroom hygiene and safety standards Collaborate with co-teachers assistants and school staff to ensure holistic development of each child Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education Montessori Training or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pre-primary or early years setting freshers with training may be considered Strong communication skills in English verbal and written Patience empathy and a genuine love for working with young children Creative energetic and versatile teaching style Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively Knowledge of child development principles and early years pedagogy Preferred Qualifications Certification in Montessori or early childhood education frameworks Basic computer literacy MS Office digital learning tools First Aid and Child Safety certification optional but beneficial Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
