Position - Quality Engineer - Power Transformers up to 25 MVA 66 kV Location shirwal Experience 2 years Department Quality Assurance Quality Control Reports to QA QC Manager Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials and components core winding wires tanks bushings etc as per incoming inspection plans Conduct in-process quality checks during winding core assembly tanking and final assembly Implement stage-wise inspection and final product quality verification Monitor welding quality painting thickness tank pressure testing and oil leak testing Maintain quality documents including QAP inspection reports NCRs CAPA etc Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems Handle internal audits and customer audits Support testing team in case of non-compliance or failure investigation Liaise with vendors and provide feedback on supplier quality performance Skills Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Knowledge of transformer manufacturing and inspection processes Familiarity with IS IEC ANSI standards Hands-on experience with QAPs PPAPs NCR handling and documentation Eye for detail proactive in resolving quality issues Strong coordination and communication skills Job Type Full time Pay 10 309 42 - 35 729 84 per month Work Location In person
