Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our interior design firm The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordination execution and supervision of MEP works for residential and commercial interior projects ensuring compliance with design safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Coordinate with design and project teams to integrate MEP services in interior design projects Review and interpret MEP drawings specifications and BOQs Evaluate and validate contractor shop drawings and suggest necessary changes as per site conditions Monitor installation activities on-site for HVAC electrical plumbing and fire-fighting systems Supervise MEP works to ensure compliance with design standards and timelines Conduct site inspections and quality checks of MEP installations Coordinate with vendors contractors and consultants for timely execution of MEP services Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at the project site Ensure safety protocols are followed during MEP installations Prepare daily weekly progress reports of MEP works and update stakeholders Support project handover including final inspection and commissioning of systems Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field Proven experience in interior fit-out projects residential commercial hospitality Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and MEP design software Solid understanding of HVAC electrical load calculations plumbing layouts and fire-fighting systems Good coordination communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of local building codes safety regulations and MEP standards Experience working with architects designers and contractors Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 46 074 92 per month Work Location In person
