Responsibilities Financial Reporting Analysis o Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual statements P L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards e g Ind AS IFRS o Conduct in-depth financial analysis identifying key trends variances and drivers impacting business performance o Provide insightful commentary and recommendations to management based on financial analysis o Monitor key performance indicators KPIs relevant to the manufacturing industry e g cost of goods sold production variances inventory turnover o Responsible for the preparation analysis and timely submission of Management Information System MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency o Liaise with banks and other financial institutions to manage financial transactions maintain banking relationships and ensure compliance with financial regulations Budgeting Forecasting o Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts collaborating with various departments e g Production Sales and Procurement o Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast explaining deviations and recommending corrective actions o Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning scenario analysis and long-term projections Cost Management Control o Analyze manufacturing costs including direct materials direct labor and overheads to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency o Support cost accounting activities including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation o Monitor and control expenses ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures Compliance Internal Controls o Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations tax laws and internal financial policies o Assist in internal and external audit processes providing necessary documentation and explanations o Contribute to maintaining and improving robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity Business Partnering o Collaborate with operational teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights that support decision-making o Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management Qualifications Chartered Accountant CA qualification is mandatory Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a finance role within the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of accounting principles Ind AS IFRS and financial reporting Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills e g pivot tables VLOOKUP financial functions Experience with ERP systems e g SAP Oracle Tally is highly preferred Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely What We Offer Competitive salary to 9 - 12 LPA Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 900 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Advantages Commuter assistance Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
