Job Overview CribFactory is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team In this role you will work closely with the marketing team to create visually engaging and on-brand designs across multiple platforms From social media content to product packaging your designs will help communicate our brand s story and elevate our products in the market Key Responsibilities Design engaging graphics for social media websites newsletters and promotional campaigns Create product packaging brochures and marketing materials that align with the brand s identity Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts for new products Assist in developing the visual aspects of campaigns and brand assets Stay up-to-date with design trends tools and best practices to keep CribFactory s design work fresh and innovative Manage design files and assets efficiently for easy access by the team Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered on time Qualifications Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio of previous work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Knowledge of typography layout and color theory Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
