Job Summary The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations within the assigned area driving business growth managing teams and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations Location As assigned Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the performance of multiple branches in the assigned area Drive sales growth and achieve business targets Lead train and motivate branch managers and staff Ensure compliance with company policies NBFC norms and regulatory guidelines Review operational efficiency and resolve escalated customer issues Analyze area performance and submit regular reports to management Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Gold Loan operations including at least 1 year of experience as an Area Manager Proven experience in finance NBFC or banking sector Strong leadership and people management skills Valuable communication and analytical abilities Willingness to travel within the assigned area Both Female and Male candidate can apply Perks Attractive salary package Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
