Job Title Finance Manager Department Finance Accounts Location Hyderabad Reports To Director CA Position Summary The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company including budgeting forecasting financial planning statutory compliance and cash flow management The role involves strategic financial decision-making to ensure the organization s growth profitability and long-term sustainability Key Responsibilities Financial Planning Analysis Prepare and monitor annual budgets forecasts and financial strategies Analyze financial performance identify variances and provide actionable insights Support management in strategic decision-making with financial data and reports Accounting Reporting Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements P L balance sheet cash flow Maintain books of accounts in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards Ind-AS Oversee monthly quarterly and yearly closing of accounts Cash Flow Treasury Management Manage working capital requirements and cash flow forecasting Optimize fund utilization and ensure timely payments and collections Liaise with banks for loans guarantees and other financial facilities Compliance Taxation Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI etc Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns Project Finance Costing Monitor costs of ongoing infrastructure projects and ensure profitability Prepare project-wise financial reports and assess ROI Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and project feasibility studies Team Management Coordination Lead and mentor the finance accounts team Work closely with procurement operations and senior management for cross-functional collaboration Qualifications Skills Education CA CMA MBA Finance or equivalent Experience 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial management preferably in infrastructure construction or project-based companies Robust knowledge of accounting principles taxation and corporate finance Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and financial reporting tools Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
