Date 29 Jan 2026 Location IN Who we are Digital Edge is a trusted and forward-looking data center platform company established to transform digital infrastructure in Asia Backed by Stonepeak a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets Digital Edge has in excess of US 1 6 billion in committed equity capital with investors including some of the world s largest institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds Digital Edge s vision is to be the leading provider of sustainable next generation digital infrastructure in Asia Our mission is to build the foundation for the world s digital future helping organizations to grow sustainably and empowering populations they serve Founded in 2020 the company has grown rapidly across multiple markets in the region and currently provides data center and fiber services across Japan South Korea India Indonesia the Philippines Malaysia and China The Company now owns and operates 21 data centers with over 500 MW of critical IT load in service and under construction and development with another 300 MW held for future development This role is an exciting prospect to join our fast growing team as we further expand our footprint across Asia Our values Respect We embrace diversity and collaboration Innovation We share ideas and solve problems Strive We are driven and determined Excellence We seek to deliver the best Responsibility We do what s right for our people and the planet What we need We are seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to support the enhancement optimization and regional rollout of SAP SuccessFactors across Asia This role will execute current committed projects prepare for the next wave of improvements and support integration with payroll and compliance systems The successful candidate will ensure our HR technology ecosystem drives efficiency compliance and superior employee experience Key responsibilities Current Enhancements Delivery Complete ongoing projects including Automated onboarding training integration and improve our LMS functionality Hiring offer approval flow optimization Optimise performance review process and job band restructure Future Enhancements Regional Rollouts Oversee Payroll Vendor Integration TMF for Thailand and Japan expanding to other countries Optimize recruitment workflows including the introduction of interview scheduling interview scorecards and improved workflow between recruitment and onboarding modules Ensure Compliance Workflow Optimization across all modules Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with the HR community Talent Acquisition and system users to identify future optimisation projects Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health safety in the workplace information security management environmental management systems incident management and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization Required Skills Experience Technical Expertise Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment Onboarding Learning Goals Performance Compensation Project Management Proven track record of delivering HRIS projects across multiple countries Regional Experience Strong understanding of HRIS deployment across Asia ideally including Japan Korea and Southeast Asia Payroll Compliance Knowledge Familiarity with payroll integration and compliance requirements in multi-country environments Analytical Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify system gaps and propose innovative solutions Communication Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills The successful candidate Bachelor s degree in HR IT or related field SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules Experience in multinational or matrix organizations If you re ready to help shape the next phase of a fast growing digital infrastructure platform we d like to hear from you
