Job Title Senior MIS Executive Reports to MIS Manager Location Western Line Mumbai About the Company Stratum Real Estate Advisory a leading real estate mandate firm is seeking an experienced MIS Executive to join our team Our company is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through data-driven insights Job Summary We are looking for a Senior MIS Executive who will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining management information systems MIS to support business decision-making The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis reporting and business intelligence with a strong understanding of the real estate industry Key Responsibilities Design and Development of MIS Reports Create and maintain dashboards scorecards and standard reports to track sales marketing customer service and project performance Data Analysis and Interpretation Analyze data from CRM ERP and other business systems to identify trends and provide actionable insights Responsible for daily weekly and monthly updates and sharing of sales reports with respective Site Heads Booking IBM OBM Data Management Regular updation and circulation of Booking MIS IBM and OBM reports Advanced Reporting Dashboards Develop and maintain key business reports such as sales pipeline customer acquisition cost and project timelines Data Quality Governance Ensure the accuracy consistency and security of business data Adhere to internal data governance policies and contribute to their continual improvement Process Improvement Evaluate and enhance existing reporting processes and tools to meet evolving business needs and align with industry best practices Preferred candidate profile Education Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Statistics or a related field Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS business intelligence or data analysis prior experience in the real estate sector is mandatory Technical Skills Solid proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel advanced formulas pivot tables dashboards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
