Job Title Performance Marketer - E-commerce Location E-8 363 3rd floor next to mahesh kirana store Trilanga Bhopal Job Type Full-Time Experience 1-2 Years About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns for our e-commerce brand The ideal candidate has experience in scaling D2C direct-to-consumer campaigns and is comfortable working with data budgets and creatives to drive online sales and customer acquisition Key Responsibilities Plan execute and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads Facebook Instagram and other performance channels Monitor key performance indicators CTR CPA ROAS Conversion Rate and implement optimizations to improve results Run A B tests on ad creatives copy and targeting to improve campaign performance Collaborate with design content and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages Manage campaign budgets and allocate spends effectively to maximize ROI Analyze performance data and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics Meta Business Suite etc Track customer journey conversion funnels and cart abandonment metrics Stay updated with trends in e-commerce marketing consumer behavior and digital advertising Requirements 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing preferably in the e-commerce D2C space Solid knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization techniques Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Excel Sheets etc Familiarity with e-commerce platforms Shopify WooCommerce etc is a plus Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously Creative mindset with a strong eye for customer-focused messaging Preferred Experience with remarketing shopping ads and affiliate platforms Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification Perks Benefits Performance-based incentives Flexible working hours and hybrid work model Opportunity to work with a fast-growing e-commerce brand Learning and growth opportunities support Employee discounts on products Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
