Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can bridge business needs and technology solutions The ideal candidate will drive architecture design guide engineering teams engage with stakeholders and ensure scalable secure and high-performing system solutions This role requires a balance of strategic thinking technical understanding and strong communication skills Key Responsibilities Architecture Design Define high-level solution architecture aligned with business goals Design systems including monolithic microservices event-driven or cloud-native architectures Identify and define non-functional requirements scalability security performance reliability Evaluate technical trade-offs and make architecture decisions Review and refine architectures throughout the delivery lifecycle Stakeholder Client Engagement Work closely with clients product managers and business stakeholders Translate business requirements into technical solutions Present complex technical concepts in a simple understandable manner Align client expectations with technical feasibility Technical Leadership Guide engineering teams on design and implementation decisions Mentor developers and promote best practices Collaborate with DevOps QA and Product teams for smooth delivery Handle technical disagreements constructively Delivery Process Ensure architecture supports project timelines and delivery goals Maintain architecture documentation and communicate design effectively Adapt solutions as requirements evolve Learning Adaptability Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends Quickly understand new domains and technology stacks when requiredRequired Skills Experience Proven experience in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles Exposure to system design and software architecture patterns Experience working with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP or similar Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments Experience in client-facing or cross-functional rolesPreferred Qualifications Experience in pre-sales or project discovery phases Knowledge of DevOps and CI CD practices Experience defining enterprise-level architecturesRole Expectations Hybrid of strategic thinking and hands-on guidance Comfortable working in quick-changing environments Ownership mindset with accountability for decisions Collaborative team player with leadership presence
