Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive US HR Executive with 4-5 years of hands- on experience in US HR operations The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US labor laws payroll coordination benefits administration and HR systems along with experience supporting employees in US time zones This role will require collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure HR processes run smoothly across regions Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations for US-based employees including onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle activities Coordinate with payroll vendors for US payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate inputs Handle perks administration including medical dental vision 401 k and other US-specific employee benefits Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws Resolve employee queries related to HR policies benefits leaves and compensation Assist in conducting performance management cycles feedback collection and employee engagement initiatives Work closely with global HR and finance teams to align processes and reporting Manage HRIS platforms e g Workday BambooHR ADP for data entry reporting and tracking Support internal audits and compliance checks for US HR operations Track and report on key HR metrics like attrition attendance and compliance adherence Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field MBA HR preferred 4-5 years of relevant HR experience including at least 2 years in US HR operations Strong knowledge of US labor laws payroll policies and benefit structures Experience using HRIS platforms like Workday BambooHR or ADP Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in US time zones EST CST PST Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus Shift Timings US Time Zone Candidate should be willing to work US shifts Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Are you okay to work in US Shift What is your Expected Compensation Work Location Hybrid remote in Bangalore City Bengaluru Karnataka
