Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations employee lifecycle activities and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes The candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees supporting both strategic and operational HR functions Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening scheduling interviews follow-ups Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements Manage offer letters appointment letters and joining formalities Conduct employee induction and onboarding process 2 Employee Relations Act as point of contact for employee queries and concerns Maintain a positive working workplace Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures Monitor employee engagement activities 3 HR Operations Administration Maintain employee records and HR documentation Update HRMS attendance leave records regularly Prepare HR reports attrition attendance manpower status Ensure compliance with company policies 4 Payroll Compliance Support Coordinate payroll inputs attendance leave incentives deductions Support statutory compliance PF ESI Gratuity Labour laws Maintain employee personal files and statutory records 5 Performance Management Assist in performance appraisal process Track probation reviews and confirmation process Support training and development initiatives 6 Exit Management Conduct exit interviews Process full and final settlement coordination Handle relieving and experience letters Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws Ability to handle confidential information Problem-solving and conflict management skills MS Office proficiency Excel Word Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
