Position Foundry Production Manager Location Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh Manage and supervise shell molding and sand molding processes to ensure quality and productivity Ensure proper design preparation and maintenance of sand molding boxes and patterns Monitor and control casting defects especially iron porosity shrinkage and blow holes Oversee foundry production planning scheduling and daily output targets Supervise electric furnace operations including melting practices temperature control and charge mix Ensure correct chemical composition of molten iron through proper melting and treatment Implement and maintain quality control standards for castings at all production stages Coordinate with maintenance quality and dispatch teams for smooth operations Ensure compliance with safety rules environmental regulations and foundry best practices Optimize production cost material usage and energy consumption Train and guide shop-floor supervisors and workers to improve efficiency and skill levels Analyze production issues and implement continuous improvement actions Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
