Job Title HR Recruiter Location Infopark Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organization s staffing needs while also building a strong employer brand Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms e g job boards social media company website Source candidates through online channels databases networking and employee referrals Screen resumes conduct initial interviews phone video in-person and assess candidate suitability Schedule interviews with hiring teams and coordinate feedback Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems ATS and recruitment databases Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during hiring processes Qualifications Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience 1-3 years as a recruiter or in a similar HR role Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems ATS Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment Strong decision-making and negotiation skills Preferred Skills Experience in recruitment Shipping and Logistics freight forwarding Job Types Full time Part-time Pay 12 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience Talent acquisition 1 year Required HR Operations 1 year Preferred Location Kochi Kerala Required Work Location In person
