Seeking a male candidate for civil supervisor who oversees and manages the construction process ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards They coordinate and direct the activities of workers subcontractors and suppliers and are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations building codes and project specifications Responsibilities Oversee and manage the construction process including coordinating and directing workers subcontractors and suppliers Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards Enforce safety regulations and building codes and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project Maintain accurate records of progress costs and quality control measures Communicate effectively with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans specifications and permits Manage the allocation of resources including labor materials and equipment Requirements Qualifications in Draftsman - Civil or any other related field 1 - 2 years of experience in civil construction preferably in a supervisory role Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Valid driver s license and reliable transportation Working Conditions Travel may be required to worksites Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment Work in varying weather conditions Extra hours may be required when nearing the completion of a project Cooperative work with other professionals working on the projects Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
