Role Manager - QA QC Industry Manufacturing Biodiesel from Used Cooking Oil Exports of UCO and other alternate feedstocks - vegetable oils waste products Employment Type Permanent Job Full Time Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for preparation implementation and review of Certificates of Analysis COA and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Analysis of Raw Materials RM and Finished Goods FG as per defined quality standards Analysis of Used Cooking Oil UCO Free Fatty Acids Moisture Sulphur Iodine Phosphorus and Total Polar Compounds Analysis of Biodiesel as per current industry and regulatory norms Preparation and approval of SOPs COA methodologies and analytical procedures Review validation and approval of analytical reports Maintaining all quality records registers and logbooks as per SOPs Standardization and calibration of reagents and laboratory equipment Coordination with the Production Team to ensure quality compliance Coordination with outsourced laboratories for testing reporting and validation Timely reporting of analysis results to the Production Office and concerned stakeholders Willingness to travel across Pan India for laboratory setup audits and quality support Key skills Firm knowledge of QA QC systems and laboratory practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with GC KL HPCL preferred Solid leadership communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle multi-location operations and cross-functional collaboration Education Qualifications M Sc bachelor s degree in chemistry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Certification NABL Accreditation Certification is mandatory Experience 9-10 years of experience in QA QC Laboratory functions within the Petrochemical Fertilizers Industry Core Responsibilities The Manager - QA QC will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities ensuring compliance with industry standards regulatory norms and internal SOPs The role involves laboratory management analytical review coordination with operation teams UCO sourcing other feed stocks and supporting lab setup across multiple locations in India Company Website www muenzer in Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
