We are looking for an experienced 3D Designer and Interior Designer with a strong background in residential and commercial projects and growing expertise in hospitality interiors The ideal candidate should be highly creative detail-oriented and capable of transforming concepts into immersive 3D visualizations that align with client expectations and project goals Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality 3D models renders walkthroughs and visualizations for residential commercial and hospitality projects Understand design briefs interpret client requirements and translate concepts into photorealistic 3D outputs Prepare mood boards material selections and presentation layouts Collaborate with architects interior designers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and consistency Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of final visuals Maintain organized project files libraries and design assets Stay updated with industry trends materials and rendering techniques Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree diploma in Interior Design Architecture or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D design and interior visualization Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max V-Ray Corona SketchUp AutoCAD Photoshop and other relevant tools Solid understanding of materials lighting textures and spatial design Ability to produce photorealistic renders and detailed interior layouts Excellent creativity visualization skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
